The Home acquired the infamous $150 Mexican Strat from the drummer of a thrash band back in 1994. We’re not mainly electric folks, so it was a prime candidate for a sale. In the intervening years, it has been sold to virtually every musician in that early circle of friends — always for $150.
The home reacquired it a few years ago for nostalgia, but we’re still not electric folks — so it has finally flown the coop, sold in a yard sale.
